Terms of Service

Racont is an AI-powered speech practice and communication improvement platform. Users may record speeches, practice speaking, receive AI-generated feedback, interact with AI chat scenarios, publish content, receive feedback from other users, and engage with community features. Racont is a product operated by Cudoa.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Racont. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may only use Racont with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Racont, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to use the service.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You are not prohibited from using Racont under any applicable law.

We may refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe a user is not eligible or has violated these Terms.

To use certain features of Racont, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Create an account using false information.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Share your account in a way that compromises security.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse Racont’s systems.
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions or suspensions.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us immediately.

Racont allows users to create, upload, record, publish, store, and share content, including but not limited to:

• Voice recordings
• Transcripts
• Written prompts
• AI chat messages
• Comments
• Ratings
• Feedback
• Profile information
• Images or other media, if supported

This is referred to as “User Content.” You retain ownership of the User Content you create. However, by using Racont, you grant Racont a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service.

This license allows Racont to:

• Store your recordings and transcripts.
• Analyze your speech using AI systems.
• Generate scores, feedback, summaries, and recommendations.
• Display public content to other users.
• Allow other users to listen, rate, comment, save, or interact with public content.
• Moderate content for safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Improve Racont’s features, models, and user experience, where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload, record, publish, or share your User Content through Racont.

Racont includes features that allow users to record and submit audio. By using these features, you understand and agree that Racont may record, store, process, transcribe, analyze, and evaluate your voice recordings for the purpose of providing speech-related features.

These features may include:

• Speech scoring
• Clarity analysis
• Tone analysis
• Pacing analysis
• Confidence feedback
• Filler word detection
• Pronunciation feedback
• Communication improvement suggestions
• AI-generated summaries
• Practice recommendations

You should not record or upload audio of another person unless you have their permission and the legal right to do so.

You are responsible for ensuring that your recordings comply with all applicable laws, including consent and recording laws in your location.

Racont uses artificial intelligence to provide feedback, coaching, analysis, conversation practice, summaries, scores, and recommendations.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Racont does not guarantee that AI feedback, scores, transcripts, recommendations, or responses will be correct or reliable.

AI features are provided for educational, practice, and informational purposes only. Racont does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, professional, academic, or employment advice.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated feedback for important decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any AI-generated output before relying on it or sharing it.

Racont may allow users to publish speeches or other content publicly or to selected audiences.

When you mark content as public, you understand that other users may be able to:

• Listen to it
• View it
• Rate it
• Comment on it
• Save it
• Share it within Racont
• Interact with it through platform features

Do not publish content that you do not want others to access.

Racont may remove, restrict, hide, or moderate public content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety standards.

You agree not to use Racont to create, upload, publish, share, or promote content that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates others.
• Promotes hate, discrimination, or violence.
• Contains sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Contains explicit sexual content involving minors.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior.
• Promotes terrorism, extremism, or violent organizations.
• Contains illegal content or encourages illegal activity.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
• Spreads spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive content.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

We may enforce these rules through warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

Racont may allow users to give feedback, ratings, likes, saves, comments, or other forms of interaction.

You agree to use these features respectfully and constructively. You may not use feedback tools to harass, shame, manipulate, threaten, or target other users.

Racont may remove feedback or restrict interactions that violate our policies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit Racont’s software.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools without permission.
• Access Racont through unauthorized means.
• Attempt to bypass security, moderation, payment, or access controls.
• Interfere with Racont’s servers, systems, or networks.
• Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Use Racont to train competing products without permission.
• Sell, rent, or sublicense access to Racont.
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Use Racont in a way that harms other users, Racont, Cudoa, or third parties.

Racont, Cudoa, and their related software, designs, logos, branding, features, systems, workflows, user interface, AI processes, and other materials are owned by Cudoa or its licensors.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Racont or any Cudoa intellectual property. You may not use Racont’s name, logo, branding, screenshots, or materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback to Racont, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. This helps us improve the product.

Your use of Racont is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. By using Racont, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Racont may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, AI processing, transcription, storage, notifications, or other functionality.

These third-party services may process your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Racont is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Racont may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, in-app purchases, or other paid services.

If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation rules presented at the time of purchase. If purchases are made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your purchase may also be governed by that platform’s terms and policies.

Unless otherwise required by law or platform policy, payments may be non-refundable.

We may change pricing, features, or subscription plans in the future. If we make material changes to paid services, we will provide notice where required.
